The room at NH Napoli Panorama wasvery comfy and tidy, with a lovely bathroom. The location was ideal, close to shopping and good restaurants. The barman, Marco, was very nice, making amazing cocktails with grace and speed. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

During our Christmas stay, we were actually surprised by the superb views from our room on a high floor. The amazing scenery was the highlight of our experience. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with key attractions easily accessible on foot. We also enjoyed the affordable and delicious pizzas at a nearby restaurant, a pleasant and convenient option for dining.
The unfriendly and unhelpful staff left a lot to be desired. Communication was a challenge as some staff members were unable or unwilling to speak English.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I couldn't have chosen a better place. It is situated in a wonderful area, really close to the port and the main square. I was able to visit all the tourist attractions without wasting any time. The room was very spacious and comfortable; it had a great view too. Plus, the breakfast was fantastic, with lots of options to choose from.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming here. It really has everything one could ask for: friendly staff, a great location, comfortable rooms, and even a fantastic breakfast.

One downside is that there were some issues with the electricity plugs in the rooms, which could be an inconvenience.
